Keep in mind that I’m an Artist…

I’ve been an artist since childhood. I’ve found fulfillment and joy in working with my hands to create things as far back as I can remember. In the mid 1990’s, I took my first series of baking and cake decorating classes. Over the years, I’ve tried and modified countless recipes. While I no longer have the sweet-tooth I once had in the 90’s, I certainly still have the passion to create and feed people!

If you’re like me, you may have food sensitivities. I get it! That’s why we’re here! I personally have read hundreds, if not thousands of food labels over the years to discover that there’s either too much of this-or-that in it, pushing me to make my own foods or snacks my entire adult life. So, when you taste my treats, you’ll taste what’s in it… and what’s not. #Fresh.
